YES! - It's actually a pretty good belt, with good support and fit. So, it can be used for any reasonably heavy weight training with good results. I am a powerlifter and have my competition lever belt for heavy stuff (200kg+ squatting and 250kg+ deadlifting). But this RDX belt can be used for 'heavy work' for bodybuilders or other weight trainers.
