VERY LOW POWER DRAIN FROM SMALL USB POWER PACK. ..WILL RUN FOR HOURS.GREAT IN POWER FAILURE,'S AND I COMPARED TO A 100 WATT LED HOUSE BULB AND I SEE NO DIFFERENCE. THE DIMMER FUNCTION IS EXCELLENT AND I LIKE HOW THE SWITCH CONTROLLER IS,ALSO LIGHTED. I use these in my shop, my Yukon and in my offices and apartments! I even carry one in my motorcycle! Simply superb and I’ve been using these products for many years! They simply have never failed me ! These adjustable color and dimmable ones are awesome.

Plugged in to a solar 'generator' (a big portable battery pack) with an output watt meter, the most these consume is 2 watts. The lights are providing a VERY usable amount of light for only 2 watts of energy usage from the solar generator. That's really hard to beat, because a small 6000 mah USB battery pack could theoretically power one of these lights for 15 hours. Assuming my solar generator is not super accurate on the power usage, and even if it is off by 100%, that's still about 7.5 hours of decent, usable light from a battery pack that is the size of a deck of cards or smaller. I wouldn't want to try to light a large area with this, but for a tent or a standard sized room, just one of these will give you enough light to read by when close and to keep from tripping over objects from a distance.

Good for camping. Decent amount of lighting, low power and durable. Good price too.

I have not used the lights yet. Only had them plugged in to test them out. They seem to work well. I am concerned the back light on the buttons is very bright, that can be nice but may be to Bright for sleeping at night. Oh the button back light comes on when the lights are turned off pretty cool for finding the switch.

can be brighter than i thought

I live off grid and these lights work great almost as good as a regular light bulb I have them hooked up to a 6 amp lithium battery and it gives me about 2 nights worth of light very impressed I'll probably buy two more
