I always bring these with me when I travel. A lot of times I would not get enough fiber in my diet when I’m eating out during a trip, this would solve that problem for me and make sure I am pooping smoothly.

It is a good supplement whenever I don't eat enough greens.

As soon as I received the package today I made a cup of green drink with water, taste is fine. I would give 5 stars but I am not comfortable to see the box is old, seemed used. When it comes to foods, I certainly expect everything is new.
