How do I reach customer service? Our toilet paper rod is already broken. It’s plastic, not brushed nickel.

You can purchase any cheap rod from dollar store etc to replace it.

The product is very high quality and well made, where it is made, I don't know.

Would it damage tile if installed on it ?

It’s installed by using 1 screw
