It's slightly big on him for the tightness he likes but the second I put it on him he had the biggest smile. Doesn't talk but his expression said it all. If I take it off he hands it to me to put it back on. He has drastically calmed down from a week ago. He is so much happier than just the compression shirt. It worked for him where there was a noticeable difference the next day we put it on. Wow so incredible. Thank you for producing a product that makes my little man genuinely happy and comfortable. And the shoulders adjust too which is really nice because I can get the vest on and pulled down enough to touch the top of his hips. This is actually two pieces and seems to be a pretty decent material. It's not heavy at all, but it is thick(as in doesn't breathe well). My son gets sweaty on warm days with this on outside, but it's so worth it! I have not tried the weights yet because he seems very happy and calm with the compression of the vest alone, so far. If he is having a bad day, we will try the weights. I will try to remember to comment on that once we've tried it.
