Thin paper but good range of variety.
The paper is thin so you have to put a loose piece of paper behind the page that you are coloring in order to avoid bleeding. I was surprised at how drastically the style of illustration differs between each page. Some pages are extremely detailed with very thin line-weights and other pages have a thick line weight and lack detail. Not sure which style I like more. Sometimes too much detail makes it difficult (or just stressful) to color. Overall it’s a fine coloring book. Some of the spaces are ugly and outdated but I wasn’t expecting a modern masterpiece, so I’m not complaining.

Disappointing.
Very disappointing. I expected drawings of the outside views of modern houses. Instead there are only 7 pages of exterior views. The rest of the 39 pages are drawings of interior furnished rooms. I wanted architect's drawings of houses, not a Better Homes and Gardens view of interior rooms and furniture.

Low quality. Cover is deceiving
I bought this coloring book for Christmas for my husband who's an architectural draftsmen hoping the inside would be similar to the cover. The images inside the book are low quality, clearly taken from many disparate sources. They're mostly cartoon-like home interiors. Not at all what the cover made it out to be and I'm debating whether to even give it to him or not.
