One band came torn
One of the bands came with a tear in it. Otherwise, the bands are good quality, just, Iām not sure how long the band will last or how safe it will be used since there is already a tear in one of them.

Nice bands
My second set of bands. Definitely nice for stretching and lifting for bench, squat and deads. Works great.

Good bands
I like the versatility of workouts you can perform with these. You can start off easy and work your way up to the strongest band. I bought these to be able to work towards doing pull-ups and chin ups.

Good quality
Love these ā¦ I look forward to exercising and, even if I get strong enough to use the two strongest bands, I still feel great after using the two lightest ones (yellow & red). Definitely recommend.

Good for 3 months
These were fine for 3 months, until it snapped while I was working out. Should last a l lot longer than that. Will not buy again.
