As the operating manual says, not to be used for medical purposes. Blood oxygen levels, pulse, and temperature readings are right on. Blood pressure is highly complimentary, in other words, not to be relied upon. In truth, what you need to know is not the actual reading at any one time, but if it changes dramatically over time on the device you are using. I especially like the reminder to take a drink of water. My wife says I do not drink enough water during the day. Using this system I find that I have not been drinking nearly enough water (according to many fitness experts and doctors). This has been a good, if uncomfortable change (so many more trips to the restroom, and a bloated tummy). Nice product good service, good price. Time will tell durability.

Accurate and inexpensive.This watch does everything my fitbit does + extra... bonus u can put a picture on the face.

I purchased/received 2 of this February 10th. My wife and I started using them right away. Hers was fairly accurate, mine was okay on everything except my blood pressure is off by 25-30 points.In mid March the one my wife was using stopped working. I recharged it and it came on. 10 minutes later it stopped again. After this happened a few times I contacted Amazon and they forwarded my message to the "seller". I have heard nothing back from anyone. I contacted Amazon again and still nothing.At this point I'm left thinking these are junk. I wanted to rate them at zero stars but I can't submit without a rating.

When the post broke on one of the bands (bought 4 watches for friends) I wanted to buy a new band but can't find the product number to get the right one. That's not good customer service.

I love this fitness tracker. Unsure how accurate it is, but meets my needs with a good price. I DO use it in water exercise, though it seems to BUZZ at me when under water for too long. Funny how it’s to be used for swimming, but doesn’t have swimming as an option to measure exercise. But, if accurate, it also does oxygen, BP, heart beat, temperature along with steps. Very decent price.

This things is incredible! It has so many more features than I expected such as a period tracker and sleeping log. I'm still learning about all the features but so far I've been able to delete two other apps on my phone. It was really easy to set up too.

Works very good lasted longer than my old one will be buying a new one if I break this one very satisfied

I love what is reads but it uses up all of my battery and end up being no point of using
