Really great product, the ability to change the brightness of the lights with remote control is fantastic. really recommend.

The light on the remote comes on but does not work. It doesn't alter brightness or turn them on or off and the button on the plug does nothing, spent a lot time installing the lights and all worked perfectly for the 1st hour. I contacted the supplier who quickly arranged a replacement, great customer service

Lights look brilliant. Bought the 35m set last year and installed this week, worked great for about ten minutes then remote stopped working and lights went dim. Gave benefit of doubt and ordered a 7m set to extend and use the new plug/remote. Same thing as occurred so now have two useless sets of lights installed.Very disappointing after seeing so many positive reviews, as they look so great when installed and illuminated.*UPDATESeller has more than resolved the issue, problem seems to be associated with the remote control dimming type power supply, lights work great with standard plug setup. Thanks to seller for swift and professional resolution.

These lights looked great…..when they worked!! Lights went faulty after around 2/3 weeks, becoming very dimly lit and not responding to the remote control. I purchased 2 units and have worked out it is the plug unit that has failed in one of the sets. Have ‘contacted’ the seller at the beginning on October 23 through Amazon but have had absolutely no reply/communication! Very disappointed so have now resorted to leaving this 1 star review (as I couldn’t select 0 stars)!!!!!!

Ever since I’ve gotten these light they have been a stable in every garden I have been, absolutely amazing and creates the vibe u need. Defintly recommend and the seller has been great with communication in any concerns u may have . Actuall bless and would be an amazing addition to the house

Purchase 2 , these lights definitely light up the garden ✨️, absolutely fantastic

These were intended for be placed around the front window of the house to take the darkness for the garden.They seem to be OK for brightness but won't burn you eyes out,They came with a power block plug unit (see image) and therefore don't fit in a waterproof garden socket, and therefore don't have spare fuses. If a plug was fitted they would be 100% water tight.Also the hooks on the lamps are in a fix position and the cable is thick so they only fit from plug side to left as if you do the other way you have to twist the thick cable around the lamp and the pop off in the wind.Never use the remote as returning.Generally OK but you need to make sure the power supply is water tight.
