Awesome fit and no more smoke
I do not have a photo or video of this valve cover installed but it fit perfectly on my 2005 Avalanche with a 5.3L engine, super easy to install and ZERO smoke puff at start up now which is friggin awesome cause at times my truck looked like it was trying to out smoke Cheech & Chong lmfao

Stopped oil burning issur
Perfect fit, has the upgraded design so the PCV doesn't suck out oil with the vapors. Easy install and no more smoke on cold startups after a day to clear out. (Clean out the oily intake tubes too for faster results.)

SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEETTTTTTTTTTTTTTT
I have a 2004 Chevy Silverado 5.3 liter and it had been smoking at start up every morning and also fowling spark plugs especially the #1 plug. I was also having issues with O2 sensors on the driver side failing along with the catalytic converter failing on the driver side. My truck has 291,000 plus miles on it and I was thinking the rings were shot. Checked around on YouTube and came across this possible fix and for 73 dollars and some change. It was worth the shot to see if it would correct the issues I was seeing. After changing the valve cover I had no more smoke at start ups in the morning or after it had sat idle for a few hours. I went from adding 1 quart of oil every 700 to 800 miles to having not to add any oil at all. The issue is the PCV valve is fixed in the valve cover and can not be replaced on its own. The PCV valve sticks open pulling oil into the the intake manifold which was fouling my spark plugs and would burn off at start up causing the blue/gray smoke. I went from thinking I needed to buy a new truck to thinking I might get another 300,000 miles out of it. Runs great now with no issues. It was worth the purchase. Make sure you take your time installing the valve cover and not letting the gasket get out of place and causing a unwanted oil leak. Plenty of YouTube videos out there showing how to make this easy repair.
