I bought this at a local store and found it cheaper on amazon. I use it for pain in my back. Highly recommend

I use this for back pain. However the week I ordered this I sprained my ankle really badly and tore a ligament. I've been using this along Himalayan salt baths. I think it has helped a lot. I've gotten compliments from the therapists on how great my foot looks.
