Are these bushings even good

Really all hardware is the same it's all about preference. Espically the known big brands so really you're just paying for the name. I mean obviously if ya went to Walmart an got a board; used the bushing on that you're screwed but yeaa they are good.

Will these parts work with a Tony Hawk skateboard?

Sorry for the late response but yea the hardware would work with any deck. If it's a complete Tony Hawk deck just swap out the hardware and replace it with the indy parts. To be honest probably be able ride alot better with indy parts than Tony hawk.
