I purchased them because I like to incorporate copper into my wardrobe in fall and they are comfortable rings. And they’re a good buy because they’re inexpensive and I don’t have to worry about them, losing their silver and turning some weird color.

Not sure if they actually help with lymphatic drainage, migraines, arthritis, or anything else, but I love my pretty copper flower ring. It’s athletically pleasing and seems like good quality copper. I’ve been wearing it nearly day since I bought it and I have gotten chemicals and soap and lotion on it many times.. Have had it a couple months. The ring is not easy to “size”, but it can be done (I had to stretch mine a bit.)

I like the styles, my fingers are on the small size so I had to pinch them down to make them fit. Not sure if they work but it’s only been a week so far.

Size is a little big needed pliers to get it tight enough but seams to work good

I have had a little trouble with my hands feeling tight or sore from the beginning stages of arthritis, & decided to try these. I have noticed a difference in the pain level, & my hands/fingers aren't as sore. However. The adjustable sizing is difficult to get right on the spiral ones, & the bands are just thick enough to slightly pinch the skin if you move just right. They don't tarnish, tho, even with hand washing & using germ gel. So, even tho they work as far as helping my hands feel better, I did go for a lower rating simply because it's difficult to get the adjustable sizes just right.

Worn for one month on my thumb. Thumbs turns green. All of the copper coating on the inside around the magnets has worn off. Waste of money.

I love them, they are not easily adjustable, but they are beautiful!!
