They are really practical and easy to carry specially if you run or do exercise out side home

I enjoy using these compared to the GU gels because it doesn’t upset the stomach nearly as bad, and I enjoy the flavors way more.

I realized when it too late I over payed for 7 sis get $29 I could get these at my local bike shop for cheaper.Sis gel is a good product is good overall

I give it all 5 stars since I have not tried this yet as I frequently see this brand from watching the grand bike tour races on TV as well as endorsed by GCN. I do long solo rides and have tried other brands which worked for me where I don't bonk near the end of my ride. I am looking forward to try this when doing a long ride on my smart trainer. It is unfortunate that this brand is not available from the local sports/bike shops in Ottawa, Ontario thus, Amazon became a channel for me. I am now ready for the long road ahead when warmer weather sets in.

This is an improvement over gels. It is somewhere between applesauce and apple juice in consistency. This means you drink it and it doesn't require a follow on drink of water to make it go down - or to get rid of "that" taste you have left over.The flavors are pretty good - but that is subjective. I like them. Nice to have a multi pack to try them out.
