I should start by saying this was worth every penny.I have tried another chair I found on Amazon that was slightly cheaper and I quickly found out why it was. This Human Touch massage chair stood out as the brand has been around for decades and I've used their chairs before.My Husband and I had no issues putting the chair together, which arrived in 2 boxes, small and light enough for us to easily carry them inside the house together and into the room we wanted. It took us 5 minutes to put the chair together (probably would have been shorter if my husband actually read the instructions), but needless to say it was much easier than I expected.The size of the chair is perfect for in a living room, study or a spare space in the house as its compact but impactful. The kneading massage is my favorite as I have deep muscle knots. Some might say it hurts but that's the knot and tissues being massaged deep and its gets easier with repeat use. I've already noticed a difference in the first 3 days. I also like how I have the control to adjust my calf placement on the fly by simply applying more or less pressure. This works for me as I can change the pressure point throughout the massage cycle to target different areas.I highly recommend Human Touch and their chairs, especially the iJoy as its going to be quite the centerpiece when we have visitors travelling in from out of town. Who doesn't want an in home massage!Also note the warranty and the excellent customer service. Some things are worth the price and purchasing from an American owned company that will pickup your calls and help solve your problems is important to me. I hope this chair provides you with as much relief as it will for me.Ill provide an update to this review after 6 months of owning the chair.Update: Still in love with our massage chair. We moved the chair in our home recently and afterwards, it made a loud noise. We contacted Human Touch customer support directly and they we extremely friendly and helpful. The issue that another user mentioned was easily resolved in less than 5 minutes with support. They also told me to contact them if anything changes as the product is still within the warranty period. Was reassuring to hear and have such a pleasant experience after reading that previous review.

This is my 4th massage chair through the years, never had one I was disappointed with till now. This chair is way too cramped, the shoulder air bags do nothing, no matter what setting I use it does the full back, can’t get it to just do lower back. The air bags rarely do anything. Other chairs I’ve had we’re comfortable and the settings actually did what they should when pressed, I never know what this one is going to do. I just got this today and now I’ll have to box it back up and return it, the only massage chair I’ve used that I still felt sore after using, can’t believe this is Human Touch brand.

This massage chair came in two big boxes but was super easy to assemble - took about 15 minutes. Everything came in perfect condition. I love the cream color which blends in very well with my apartment. If you've used a massage chair before (at the nail salon or strip mall) this one well surpasses all of them. Being able to get a foot, leg, hand, and full-body massage in one chair for this price is such a great deal. It does a great job of getting those hard-to-reach areas without being too harsh. I especially love the lower-back function (which is my problem area). After working on that area for about 15 minutes I felt instant relief. The full-body massage will put you right to sleep. You will have friends and family fighting over it once they try it out. I highly suggest investing in your body and health if you have space in your home for it (which you don't need much!)

My chair arrived early this morning, so this review is based on one day of use. Great timely delivery by Amazon. Like that the chair isn't too big or heavy, fits nice in the room and does not look overbearing.Wasn't sure how I would feel about the sides being made of plastic and looking a little cheap, but itlooks fine. Variety of nice massage and air bag modes, not a fancy remote, but enough of a selection to keep me satisfied. I am 6'1" and about 230lbs, somewhat tight in the shoulder area for me, still manage to fit into the chair OK. About as comfortable as you can expect at this price point. Like the arm and feet air massages, would prefer the seat cushion air massage to be stronger. The foot extension works pretty good and personally like that is doesn't have massage rollers for the bottom of my feet. Although not zero gravity, the chair reclines quite a bit if that's what you like. Not sure I would pay anything over $700 for this(black color). With that kind of price point I think this is a very nice chair and am very happy with it.

So, I got this new massager and I now have a more and more frequent visitor, lol. The massager arrived in a large cardboard box with all the parts securely packaged. Most of it was pre-assembled so all I had to do was unbox and snap a couple of parts together. This massager adjusts to comfortable fit me (5 ft) and my brother (5’7”) both in the leg length as well as the back roller positions (both height and width). It has a full function mode that rotates through all massage areas, but it also allows you to turn off certain massage areas if desired. I was at first startled at the air cells massaging my butt, but it has surprisingly become my favorite feature. I’ve used a different brand of massager before, and it doesn’t have the butt, shoulder and hip air cells like this one does. The designated remote pocket may sound like a minor feature but the other massager I used before ended up with a damaged remote wire because it was always dangling somewhere. It’s also pretty lightweight so I like to slide mine out so I can recline all the way and then when I’m done, I slide it back closer to my wall, so it takes up less living room space. I’m super happy with my purchase but I think my brother is even happier, lol.
