Can I use this to hang styrofoam ceiling tiles?

offhand, i'm not sure. but I do know there is a special adhesive just for Styrofoam tiles! hope this helps....

Can this be used to repair cracks in a plaster wall? Do I need to use conditioner beforehand if using on plaster walls?

There are better products for this use. I have used it in a pinch but a plaster patch kit avoids the shrinkage.

Does this work with pvc ceiling palels ?

I never had the opportunity to use on ceiling panels. I used it to glue the handle on my favorite coffee mug which is quite heavy. I've had no issues since I glued it, I even put the mug in the microwave every morning to warm milk, and the glue has tested to be a great product!
