Awesome product!
I have ordered this a couple of times. This onion powder is organic, non-gmo, and has an excellent taste. The scent of onions is very powerful. I like this powder because it hasn't gotten hard before usage. I have bought onion powders that got hard before using all the product. This powder has performed well for me in all my recipes. I will continue to purchase as long as Amazon carries this onion powder.

Tastes good, but cakes up easily (see my review)
This is good onion powder, but it cakes up very easily. I put some in a recycled seasoning bottle, and I have to break up the powder in the bottle before it will sprinkle out.

Very fine powdered organic onion
If you are looking for a FINE POWDERED onion, this is your product. Very fine grind. I haven’t used it yet but it definitely smells like onions. I’m guessing it’s going to dissolve in broth and recipes pretty well.
