Ah, so many tasty things to make in this little book! The Avocado Dip was a real treat for me as I'd never really thought about using my Nutri Ninja for something like that. It's a big hit at my house! I also really like how you get all the extra info in the book, like the nutritional tips. Really makes it more than just your average recipe book. Can't wait for more awesome recipes.

Good variety needs pictures
This book had some interesting recipes, however lack of pictures somehow made it boring to read through for ideas .

Will try several of the recipes. What a great way to get more greens by adding them with fruit. Most recipes call for spinach, kale, or romaine.

What can I say - this is such a terrific book. It has all the sections needed I.e. smoothies, then soups etc.,..) which could have been bought separately but they are all together in one book. Having said that they are so well set out and each recipe is on its own page making it easy to follow. The instructions are kept simple and each ingredient has a useful explanation as to its benefits. There are tips and suggestions but as I said, it is set out in such an easy to follow way so that beginners like me are encouraged rather than overwhelmed (all too often a failing in recipe books). I am just learning what to include that suits my taste and what my body would benefit from to help with my health problems - I took the book to the supermarket with me when choosing my first lot of recipes (I have no shame ha-ha!!!) and again it was so easy to check the ingredients. Just do yourself a big favour, buy this book, the price is so competitive, and you won't regret it. I can't praise it enough. Great work Liana, thank you for making this such a pleasant experience for me.

Les recettes ont l'air bonnes mais il n'y a aucune photo pour les accompagner, ce que je trouve déplorable. Je suis assez déçu mais je vais donner une chance aux recettes..
