Is there any fragrance?

As others have said, YES. It does have a very mild (and quite unique if I might add) scent. You'll either like it or you won't. I happen to like it very much, mainly because of it's unique "spicy" fragrance. Spicy is about the best way to describe it. I believe the original/vintage formula contained essences/oils from Pears, Rosemary, and Thyme. There was a period from ~2003-2009 when the fragrance was changed significantly from the original, but due to popular demand the company reformulated the fragrance to more closely match the original scent.

Does this contain sodium?

It contains about 6 types of Sodium. I would buy a bar and try it. And then you will have an opportunity to look at sodium's listed. I don't think any of it is table salt/ It it great soap have used it for years.

Whats the ph level of this bar

I dissolved some flakes in warm water, let it cool and measured with a calibrated pH meter. The result was pH 9.2, which is a little more basic than a baking soda solution at ~8. Confirmed the measurements using [[ASIN:B0BNNSHP9W Narrow Range pH Test Strips]] and the test strips generally agreed with the pH meter.
