It's good but hair is frizzy .. no hair fall and u can see there is no chemical in the shampoo so it's good sc by is not that good.. softness concern my hair is as it is no change after 3 months of use .. u can buy this shampoo only for the natural ingredients else it's not some thing that will make ur hair quality and improve in hair growth nothing such..

Very very unhappy with the product. I bought a two bottle shampoo pack. Both the bottles of shampoo leaves the hair and scalp sticky and slimy. Hair sticks together. I could scrap the stick substance with my nails. This shampoo produces very little lather hence need to use lot of the product. I finally had to use a different shampoo to to remove the sticky substance. Does not take out the coconut oil it just converts it to a glue substance.If so many people are using this product. I am really surprised how I have this issue. FYI: Normal temperature water was used for the shower.I called the call Center number too. Unfortunately there is no IVR option of complaints and issues reporting all the numbers are for sales. I am forced to write here.My concern was if there was a packaging issues but both the both have different packaging date and batch number. It appears like it could be a 80% conditioner and 20% shampoo Both have Haryana, India address.Please contact me and let me know what went wrong. I am really concerned.So sorry for having to write such a bad review. If only there was was a number were I could have contacted someone and discussed about the issues We probably could have gotten to the bottom of this issue with out it being reported publicly.Immediate Action should be :1. Please set up a number for allowing concerned customers to call.
