My first impression right from the bottle was that it was very fruity. ( I don't know what kind of fruit but it smelled like a fruit ) After that initial introduction, I quickly fell in love with this. I don't care if it is all in my head but I feel as if it made my mood much better. They say if you believe in the product, it becomes true, maybe in a placebo sort of way. The scent was still on my wrist for a long time ( 2 to 3 hours ). Perhaps this is not a long time for most people but to me it is. Maybe it also has something to do with body chemistry, everyone is different and the effects would vary. I think that my personal scent has notes of both fruity and floral, an overall sweet smell. I feel very special wearing this. The bottle states that everyone will get their own unique smell ( I read so far back that someone even smelt like cake ) and while no, I did not smell like cake, I have my own special scent, so mysterious and different, a mixture of many things and I found myself smelling my wrists to try and decipher and solve the puzzle of my own scent that the oil gave out. I would like to think that as time went on the aroma did not leave me quickly like it said others did, rather it changed to a more refreshing clean smell, like rain. And as others have stated you can add this oil with other perfumes or body oils to make it last longer and create a different smell. I went on a shopping spree online and bought 57 different types of perfume oils, so I will be doing a lot of experimentation with all of them. On a side note, perfume oils are seriously cheap I spent altogether maybe 30 dollars on those instead of buying half a bottle of one not so famous singer. This oil was the most expensive at 10 dollars but to find something that is based off of you, it was so worth it in my eyes. As my Aunt would say "This is a repeat!" It also is Pheromone Infused, which is suppose to make you and others not only in a nicer mood but make you smell nicer to others. For example, I tried this on my boyfriend. Now that I remember it, it was very funny. I kept asking him "What do you think about me, what do you like about me?" And he went on and on about how he thinks I'm pretty, cute, gorgeous and that he missed me and loves me. Which if you can think about it, based on this product was not the reaction I was hoping for. However, it should be noted that he did smell my hair and asked if I showered ( I know so romantic, lol ). When I told him about the oil, he told me that was why he smelled my hair because he wanted to know what smelled good. I tried this on my boyfriend to see how the oil affected him and my opinion is that the same fruity original scent did not change and it only lasted maybe 10 minutes. Again this probably has something to do with the body chemistry. If you were wondering, did it make him all GaGa Crazy over me? I don't know. Then again he is usually crazy about me, but I found it nice that he was more tender loving with me than usual. He wanted me to hold him and lay on my arm while I played with his hair. So I think it did work but as stated before everyone is different so his reaction was different too. It was very nice to see a different side to him. Would I buy this again. Yes, I would and simply because the smell is nice and completely unique, it is really special. I didn't buy this to have guys tear their shirts off to get a piece of me. I wanted something new and different, and would be my own and this did that for me. If you want something like that, then Yes, I recommend you to buy this too. On a more technically note, I ordered this on 7/23/2014 and got it on 7/29/2014. It took 6 days and I ordered a lot of things, like 5 other items, so that could be another factor too. To me 6 days is really fast but maybe you don't think the same.

I don't believe that the pheromones do anything but that's not why I bought it. The scent is so delicious. My husband loves this cologne and I have gone through a couple of bottles. The scent is long lasting as well.

Does this smell exactly how I'd like it to? No. But it smells different on everyone, so part of what I don't like is how sweet is smells on myself. My sister, my mother, and my sister's boyfriend all smell differently when wearing it. I bought this for a couple reasons, one of them being I ran a party store in northeastern Michigan. After putting it on before work, I noticed people were a lot more friendly, talkative, considerate, and openly flirtatious. Men and women. It seemed to set the few guys that were attracted to me but didn't want to let it show over the edge and their behavior was noticeably different. It had the kind of effect on my exhusband that could be qualified as unwanted sexual advances and sexual harassment. I put it on every single day and have had nothing but success with it for the most part. Now I live in an extremely tight-knit, almost exclusively Polish community and run the only gas station in town. The men seem to like me, and the majority of the women do not. So dependant on environment and possibly collective energy. If you are looking for oils of allurment, Art of the Root oils work very well. It's a store name on Amazon. They work like the Dickens as well!!! Update 2025 Still wearing it but mixing it with the Her formulation and together they smell perfect. Animals and kids very drawn to me and the woman in town have warmed up as well (as long as they aren't young and pretty those don't seem to like me much but I don't think pheromone oil will change that). I am a warm and considerate person naturally, but there seems to be something that keeps people DRAWN to me with intensity and I believe it's partially this oil. It hasn't gotten me a worth-a-shit man because it's not a magic potion, but I do get a lot of attention if that's the kind of thing you're looking for. For me it's incidental. Will continue to use indefinitely.

I just got this and will tell you the exact description what its like!! It smells just like very suttle Shower Gel. Like Dove Men Shampoo + Conditioner. Its not very radiating but like if you put it generously and someone is standing close to you like 1 to 2 feet away then in can give some sort of hint to the person. I wont say its a bad perfume. I am just being honest and it will just give you a freshly shampooed hair vibe and the good thing is that it does not have that chemically synthetic smell. Its like gives you a clean and fresh presence

Smells good but doesn't last long. Not a huge fan of the bottle style. It has a small rubber stopper that you plug to keep it from leaking but if you lose that it'll likely leak all over. I'd prefer the roller version but it's more expensive. Think I'll stick to it though for ease of application

People expecting this product to be Love Potion #9 should moderate their expectations. The scent is gentle, sweet, but at its core mammalian organic (think "fauna" vs. "flora"). The manufacturer's claim that you can wear it without another scent is true, but I have tempered it with Nautica Blue. It smells nice, but it also persists if applied correctly. This is not going to make your dream woman and all surrounding females drop their purses and start chasing you down the street. This is for that moment when you are making copies in your office and that girl you like walks in, you exchange hellos, and then she leaves. With this cologne on she walks in, you exchange hellos, and then she ruffles some papers, takes a second glance at you, pauses for a moment, and then leaves. In that moment you could find a reason to engage in a second level of conversation. If someone buys this product and does not get the desired instant conversation with attractive women then they mistook the product's purpose. For someone to make an unsupported argument that they got 10 guys to wear it for 10 days and no change in their level of success with women, where is the data? In context you could surmise; "I didn't like the product because it was musky, so I decieded to prove it didn't work, got 10 of my buddies to put it on without bothering to show them how to wear it to effect, and then we all hung out in my parents' basement playing Fortnight and eating pizza. Surprise, surprise, surprise, no Swedish Bikini Team showed up to hang on our every word." Science behind this product demonstrates that in a given situation where there is a guy wearing this and a guy not wearing this, both at the same level of attractiveness and charisma, the one wearing this would 8 times out of 10 be picked over the non-wearer. This could mean that the person who wore the cologne had a slight advantage with confidence, or that the scent was a curiousity if nothing else, a sign that the guy grooms himself. In any case, the cologne did its job. Is it magic? No. It won't produce make anyone love you.

I love the scent of this oil! It smells amazing and my mom likes it too. I wish they had a spray so I could put it all over because the smell is really nice and calming. Unfortunately it doesn’t last all day but I really wish it did. It’s not too strong so I don’t mind wearing it to work. In order for someone to smell it, they would have to come close though. It smells good but is very light, not strong at all.
