BestwayFast Set 10’ x 26” Round Inflatable Pool

Our family had so much fun with this pool!The kids and adults alike enjoyed cooling off in this quick set up pool.Definitely worth every penny to see the smiles on my children and grandchildren’s faces.

So on and off, for about the last 10 years of my kid's lives, we've gotten these types of pools. I've had all versions - Intex, summer fun...blah blah blah. This one is okay. Not the best. It's pretty, which I really liked, the filter worked great out of the box, which is not always the case, and the sprinkler in it is fun. HOWEVER, the top ring will NOT stay inflated. I was losing my mind at first, I set it up and by day 2, the ring was really low. I kept filling it and it kept deflating. I thought I got a defective one and was going to have to go through the trouble of finding the leak, then I started doing my research...it's the air valve plain and simple. I found out online that in Bestway pools this is a common problem. So, I went to dollar tree, bought 24 noodles, duct-taped them together in a double ring, and made a tight circle to fit just under the inflatable ring. It works like a charm. Keeps the ring up, and the water in the pool. I also fill the ring every few days and duct tape the valve - which seems to work, but after a few days under the Florida sun the tape loses its grip and pops open - that's how I knew it was definitely the valve. If you can live with that, then the pool works and is fun - but I paid $200, and I wouldn't pay that again for a defective design like this. If Bestway fixed it, it would be a winner...

We have enjoyed using the pool all summer. One pump hose had a small split in it but was easy to replace.

Love this pool but the palm tree sprinkler does not stand up and doesn’t look like a palm tree!It lays in the water but it does spray.It is a great size and is very tropical looking.It was very easy to set up as long as you push the wrinkles out of the bottom as you fill it!

I'm on the fence with this pool. One thing, the instructions for putting the filter together are awful. The pool itself seems okay (although they need to figure out a better system for the air to stay in the top tube after you blow it up with air, 1/2 of the air is out before you can get it plugged up) but the pool filter is terrible. The instructions for troubleshooting asks you to contact them before you return the pool. I contacted Bestway as instructed (thru their website) to ask them about how strong the pump should be since I could barely feel the water returning into the pool from the pump. I had to fill out a form with my name and number and reason for why I was contacting them, in return they would put my name in a queue and call me when they got to my name. Several days later they called me but I wasn't able to answer. They left me a phone number to call them back, which I have about 4 times, however every time I call I am on hold and they never pick up. The pool that I received has two "B" valves that pull the water out of the pool into the filter and one "A" valve that filters the water back in to the pool (keep in mind this is only an 8'x24" pool). I tried to google several sites to find the help I needed however every video I looked at for help only had 1 "A" valve and 1 "B" valve so they were really no help. I finally figured out that having two "B" valves was way too much for this small filter to work so I plugged one of the B valves with the supplied plug and only used one B valve. It seems to be working a little better. I did contact Amazon to see about just getting the filter replaced since the pool was already up and they told me they were not authorized to do that and I needed to send back the entire pool if that's what I wanted to do, which is already full of water, really no way to box it up and send it back and would just be a hassle.

Easy setup no leaks pump works good pleased with purchase

BUYER BEWARE! Was so excited to purchase this pool for our kids, let me tell you, it has been an absolute nightmare purchase and I should have just used the $220 to buy a municipal pool pass for our family! Pool arrived and we set it up on our leveled out spot (done just for this pool!) and once filled, we noticed it didn’t look right. While it filled, we constantly had to adjust the bottom liner and the sides to make sure it filled properly…remember, this spot is perfectly level, yet the pool is not made properly, so it wouldn’t matter if your location is spot on or not, this pool will NOT fill properly (we learned after measuring every inch of the pool after the nightmare that the material dimensions are WAY OFF!! As if that wasn’t frustrating enough, the Pump arrived in a broken and cracked casing. Contacted Amazon seller and was told all they could do was refund $20. I let them know that I felt this was really wrong, but took it anyhow, because something at this point was better than nothing and we out that $20 towards another pump ($100). I went in to the Bestway Fastset website and registered our pool along with pump. I contacted them regarding the issues with the pool as well as the pump and sent them along my purchase information and Amazon Sellers information. Not only did they refuse to discuss anything more, they said the warranty and registration was being canceled due to us purchasing it from an “Unauthorized Dealer”. So…screwed over not once, but now, twice!!We will never support this Amazon Seller nor this Pool company again. We will also spread awareness to others that their hard earned money would be best spent elsewhere due to the fact that his forbid you have any issues whatsoever with your pool, the pump, etc. - you’re on your own. Basically, it’s purchase at your own risk!! Your chances of actually enjoying this darn thing is, slim. It’s seriously not worth the headache!

I bought this at the end of summer when it was half price, so I feel like I got reasonable value for it only lasting one summer. The seam where the palm tree connected to the air ring had a leak. If I had paid full price I would be giving this one star, and because of this leak I'm not going to waste my time storing it for next year, to the garbage it goes.

Getting the bottom to be wrinkle free was impossible. But managed to get most out. My 4 year old granddaughter loves it. So far pump is working as expected
