Beatto4FT(1.2M) LED Whips Light with Dacning/Chasing and Can Controlled by Remote and app Simultaneously with Lock Function

This product worked fairly well for about 3 or 4 rides at the dunes on my side by side. Then several of the individual LED's started to fail. The main issue, is the base design allows the whip to 'spin' while you are riding, and pull on the wiring. Eventually, it breaks the wiring going into the whip, which is what happened to my friend who purchased the whips, and now one of mine won't light up. I emailed Beatto, as they come with a 1 year warranty, and here's the response I got:New message from: kurnise-0 (9)hello, sorry for the warranty only valid for 1 month from the time you bought it. so for your order you can't use the warranty.

So my friend's kid (from down the street) bought a Razor scooter/moped and it freaks me out how low to the ground it is. I figured I would buy a flag or something to make her more visible. Saw this and the great reviews, so I figured it'd give it a go.Currently, I have it hooked up to a portable battery in my office and I've been playing with it for the last hour. I cannot wait to install it (using a 24V to 12V step-down convertor I picked up on here for $12). But for now, it is too much fun to play with. I was just caught walking around the house with it pretending it is a light saber. It's amazingly bright in daylight. The colors are vivid. The 'Mode's on the remote do some really cool stuff and patterns and colors. I don't know how many settings there are, but it has to be over 100 different patterns.Literally, the only complaint is that cycling through the 'Mode's is tedious to find the one you're looking for. But hey, I'd rather that than a giant remote with more buttons.If you are thinking of using for a battery powered vehicle, my testing showed that for most 'Mode's - it varied (at top brightness) bouncing between 4 watts and 14 watts. Solid colors used between 13 watts (R,G or B) and 28 watts (W). That's pretty efficient at 12V and really shouldn't have a noticeable impact on a moped.Overall, it's rad, you should buy it. It does not come with a solid mounting bracket, but it looks to be standard antenna threads - so depending on the application, there are a million options on amazon for less than $20.

Overall it’s nice. Pulled it out of the box and put 12VDC to it. Problem is I have three pods with the red element not working and three pods with the blue element not working. See images.UPDATE: Beatto reached out to me about the LEDs pods that were out. Their customer service is top notch and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction was met by covering the whip under warranty. I have changed my rating. I recommend this whip to others.

They are easy to install and work as expected. My only complaint is they are too flexible. If you are going over whoops or rough terrain they start whipping back and forth and were smashing into my roof.

I am very happy with the quality of the lights they are very bright and durable. These are for my 6 year old daughters atv and she’s in love with them. I had a few questions about the whips and reached out to customer service and they were very helpful. If you are in the market for some amazing led whips at a great price with a company that stands behind there products then these are the ones for you!

The biggest things that caused a low review for this product is that the brightness isn’t as expected, the wire length isn’t long enough for a two seater maverick, and the quick disconnect mounts after about 100 miles have become a bit rough to remove the whips. Also had to wait for a second set to be shipped since the first set was missing the quick disconnects.
