Well made, decent price
These work just as well as similar but more expensive clamps for ball mounts. The only thing of which I'm uncertain is how long they'll stay in good shape after repeated dunking (and thorough fresh water rinsing/cleaning in between) in salt water.

Terrible manufacturing
No amount of fresh water soaking and daily disassembly would stop the corrosion from starting. Also, they are painted, so the black paint was just flaking off left and right. They were on my camera rig for a 9 day dive trip. Would not recommend to a anyone.
