It's a good percentage if your trying to avoid Iron you probably should look for something with 5% or lower

Are the ingredients mostly cooked or baked? no acrylamides?

While I have encountered a few items on Amazon with a warning for acrylamide, typically it's impossible to know if there is any unless the company tells us what temperature these are cooked at and for how long. I forgot offhand what the safe temperature is supposed to be, but I have researched this a lot in the past and honestly with all the other 'nasties' I have to watch out for I just try to avoid or limit alot of fried foods and high-risk foods like coffee. I'm sorry this doesn't answer your question but unless Orgain answers how these are cooked you will have to decide if you want to risk purchasing or not. Hopefully some day this information will be on the nutrition label or we can get to the point we're all unsafe substances are eliminated.
