Well presented book with good pictures and easy to follow recipes, however the claim that they are mostly plant based recipes is false.Nearly all of the breakfast recipes contain and egg in some form of other so we're unable to use any of these recipes as no alternative is given. Not overly impressed.

Lovely book
Great book for a variety of veggie options.Easy to make!Just a note for ppl buying outside USA the measurements and quantities are in US measurements as well as cooker temps.This would not put me off buying though as it is easy to convert!

its not a vegetarian cookbook?!
Why is this the title of the book? It is NOT a vegetarian or vegan cookbook.

Simple, healthy, yet delicious
I've only had this cookbook for a few days now but could not wait to dive right in as soon as it arrived, with it's beautiful photos and helpful tips for cooking nutritious meals. I've already tried out a bunch of recipes, including the chocolate chip cookies (which are absolutely AMAZING), the carrot-kabocha squash soup, & blueberry lemon muffins, all of which were loved by everyone- even the kids. The incorporation of simple and natural ingredients, and well laid out steps has made cooking healthy meals a breeze- something that I've been in search of for a while!! Finally a cookbook filled with plant based recipes that are not just delicious but good for you too! SO happy to have this as part of my cookbook collection. I know it will be a kitchen staple from here on out.

DO NOT BUY IF YOU DONT LIKE DATES
While this is a great cookbook with great ideas, nearly every single recipe from breakfast to dinner to dessert to snacks has dates in it. I hate dates 😠Anyone got any substitution ideas?
