Best parchment paper
I've been using this brand of parchment paper for years. I don't like the kind you get in the grocery store. You know the white crinkly kind that has a flimsy blade on the box. This parchment paper is smooth, non-stick and in a sturdy box with a strong cutting blade. The box doesn't collapse when cutting. I do a lot of baking and this is the best I have ever used.

This parchment paper is fantastic and works great when I'm baking. I love that it is unbleached, so it is a safer product to use.

Great for grazing tables!
This parchment paper held-up really well for a church grazing table. I had all sorts of meats, cheeses and fruit and nothing seeped out onto the tablecloths underneath. Nothing got stuck to it either. Its was a good buy and I have lots leftover for other events.

Good Stuff!
I mainly use this for baking sourdough bread at 475 degrees. The edges of the paper that stick out of my cast iron dutch oven turn brown, but doesn’t look burnt like some other parchment paper I’ve used. I liked the size and thickness and that it’s unbleached and eco-friendly. The rolls are large and will last a long time, and the paper cuts easily on the cutting device attached to the box.

The cutter works well, good price and doesn't have all the awful chemicals that most papers are coveted in.

They are nice
I've been using this for a few years now and all in all it works pretty good. If you use if esp on greasy types of food expect it to leak through the paper. It used to be better but now like lots of companies it seems it is now thinner than it was hence the leaking though. It would be nice to buy something that actual does what it promises to do. I would recommend it if I am cooking something that I believe will leak through I put down two layers. There are a lot on here that are way worse that I tried.
