Chubby & Charming: Volume 1 (Big & Beautiful) Paperback – 1 Dec. 2015

What a fabulous book. My favourite book that I have read so far this year. The writing style just pulled me in and I couldn't put it down. Society has very warped views of beauty and what it should look like. Real beauty comes from within and gorgeous comes in all different shapes and sizes. The author captured this idea perfectly and had strong themes of family and friendship which I loved. I would not hesitate to recommend this author. I have just purchased book 2 and cannot wait to read the next book in the series.

I enjoyed this book!Mandy is a curvy woman, and is happy on her own.!Xander is the gorgeous voice on the phone when Mandy is at work!When Xander says he wants to meet the owner of the sexy, funny voice on the other end of the line it starts a new chapter in both their lives.A great story, with with a happy ending.

Story from fat person’s view who probably wasn’t that fat anyways but went through history of the insecurities and as to why they actually felt as they didInteresting and thought provoking

I really wanted to enjoy this book but wow the main character Mandy had little to no self esteem. It made the story almost crindgy, a little bit of confidence would have gone a long way to making this a better read.

I've had this book on my kindle for awhile and finally got around to reading it. It was heartfelt , that I could relate to the girls in this story. All of them each suffering at the hands of cruel people. I loved how xander was determined to make mandy see herself through his eyes.

The main character was just so annoying. Being a rather large lady myself I couldn’t relate at all. Her relationship to food was just completely odd. I am very surprised she is just chubby. And don’t even get me started on how bitchy she was with Xander. The sex scenes were pretty good but didn’t fit with the rest of the book.

Xandee is the perfect man!!Even though Mandy started to annoy me towards the end, it was a great story.

This is a good book that is so good and it's a great love story. The characters go through so much that you laugh and cry with them. I am so going to be reading more by this author because her writing is just that good.

Die Story kreist um die Unsicherheit einer Frau. Allerdings fehlt die eigentliche Story. Daher wirkt der Roman eher wie ein schlechter Schulaufsatz.

What a great book! Gave a voice to the insecure chubby girl inside so many of us. Mandy and Xander show the beauty of love being blind, and how sometimes it’s hard to believe but it is so true.

Oh I love this book it’s good to read a story about real curves and the struggle us big girls deal with every day. Great storyline and well written recommend reading

At first, I found myself annoyed with Mandy, being a bigger girl myself, I try not to make things be about my weight buy I find myself easily relating to her because I still feel the same as her when it comes to love. I'm so glad it ended the way it did though and leaves me hopeful. Beautifully written and a great storyline.
