Great guidebook to becoming a better person in just 14 minutes a day!
We don't normally think about how little things can add up to big things over time, but this book shows that allocating just 14 minutes a day, by a LOT of people, can add up to a LOT of good and can spread around the world! Wouldn't it be great if we all looked for, and tried to bring out the good, in people by helping. where we can? This is a book the world needs right now, the idea of helping others by the simple act of being kind and giving our time where we can."We will do good when we make the conscious decision to do good - and that can happen wherever we are by using whatever resources we have right now." ~ Chris Field in A Billion Hours of Good: Changing the World 14 Minutes at a TImeLet's do some good!

A must read about lasting change and your role in doing good!
Scanning the Table of Contents, you'll see chapter titles including "Turning Walls into Tables, Failing (and Getting Back up Again), and Creativity is for Everyone." Each of these individual ideas inspire, but the power of this book lies in the way the ideas build. The message meets the reader where they are - with their good intentions but also with their excuses or incorrect mental models about what changing the world looks like and requires. Instead of continuing to wait, you will clearly see that you can "start doing the most amount of good possible where you are with what you have." You and you and you and you - all of us - can contribute to A Billion Hours of Good. I'm in! Are you?

Great motivator
This book is wonderful. Not only does it give you practical ways to help the world, but it also shows you how you can accomplish great things without a huge commitment. If we each took 1% of our day to help the world, it wouldn't take long for all those small bits of time to add up to a billion hours. And just think how many good things we can bring to this world in 1 billion hours!!!

Making a big difference doesn’t have to be hard!
So many times we have a desire deep in our hearts to make a difference, but we get overwhelmed by what that might look like. In this book, the author helps us see where to start and how we can make a difference by doing small things that add up to something big. This book helps us see that we can make a big difference when we allow our hearts to be stirred to action and compassion. This book encourages the reader in how they can take action for good, and how 14 minutes a day can add up to a huge difference in the lives of those we interact with.

Remarkably Written
Chris used the simplest language to engage the readers and to inspire us to on how to make a difference just by intentionally committing 14 minutes of our time (which is just a small fraction of time that we are unconsciously spending browsing on our social media account/s). Chris is a catalyst for change and his books and the stories that he is sharing to the world serve as his footprints for others to follow. I am a fan!

Now I need to go back and review the bullet points and take action. I also need to find out was the one who referred this book to me, I can’t remember.

Small things make large impacts
This is a great book to remind us that we all don’t have to take on large tasks to have an impact. It encourages all of us to show up and do small things for the good of others (and ourselves). I am appreciative to be reminded that we don’t have to do everything but we can do something.
