Looks a good buy
Came extremely quickly and is very useful. A very worthwhile purchase and value for money. Unable to comment fully on the energy efficiency or longevity as I have only had them a short while. However, all the signs are looking good. I would recommend them to anyone looking for this item and praise them for their quickness in getting them to me.

Seems to be genuinely safe at high temperatures
Packed in a plastic tray in a small box making it easy to store spares for future use. Critically they survived (x2) a 3-hour pyrolytic cycle in my oven. I did this to check the bulbs were genuinely designed for high temperatures. It's only been 3 weeks in-use so far, but the pyrolytic cycle (~500 degrees centrigrade in core of the oven) for 3-hours should tested the bulbs. Will plan to buy these again if they survive normal use and rest of the pack does the same.

Good bulb for extractor hood
Provides a good replacement for Osram bulb that blew, and much cheaper than the Osram alternative. Leaves me with 5 spare for when the next bulb blows on the hood, or in the microwave which uses the same G9 bulb type.
