This stuff works. Bit of a faff getting it all over, but does the job well and easily comes off later.

Easy to apply, not greasy and good quality

My kids love this lotion for jelly-prone Thailand waters. Easy to apply and appears to work- no stings in waters where we have had them in the past.

Used for Mallorca as lots of jellyfish just gave me piece of mind for the kids. although to be honest they mainly paddled

May be a good sun screen but to definitely not an anti-jellyfish sting lotion. Does not work against lions mane jellyfish

As an adult I wanted a product for sensitive skin, reasonably waterproof, and SPF50. This ticked all those boxes. The cream is quite thick compared to some other products, but absorbs well and appeared to be pretty waterproof. I reapplied every couple of hours to be safe.

Felt great on the skin. Soaked in well. Great protection. Hypoallergenic. Guilt free swimming in the tropics.Downside: very expensive.Two bottles lasted my family of four 2.5 weeks.

Beim diesjährigen Urlaub auf Koh Samui täglich getestet und nicht als gut befunden. Ich schwimme in langer Schwimmkleidung zwischen 30 und 60 Minuten und hatte Gesicht, Hände und Füße eingecremt. Dies hat aber nicht geholfen, alle Partien wurden vom ersten Tag an mehrfach gestochen, der Tag an dem es keinen schmerzhaften Nesselkontakt gab, war die Ausnahme. Die Schwimmkleidung schützt dagegen perfekt, sonst wäre ein längeres Schwimmen etwa 100 - 200 m vom Strand entfernt gar nicht möglich. Wäre der Preis nicht so hoch, dann kann ja noch der Lichtschutzfaktor als positiv erachtet werden aber im konkreten Fall kann ich einen Kauf nicht empfehlen. Dies schreibe ich nur ungern, eine positive Erfahrung wäre mir lieber.

I have been using this sunscreen on my sun for a few years. I don’t know how it works but since he’s been using it, he has not had an issue with jellyfish stings or sea lice. We travel and go boating a lot. I will say, he hasn’t gotten bit on his extremities by sea lice (where I put the sunscreen) but he has gotten bit under his rash guard and shorts (no sunscreen). So it has worked well for us. I don’t use this sunscreen on his face, not because he’s ever had a reaction but just because I worry about chemicals. He’s also never gotten a sunburn with this sunscreen.

This really seems to work! My family of four went to the beach in Curacao. Two of us were wearing this sunblock and two of us were wearing regular Banana Boat. Little did we know we were swimming with a whole bunch of jelly fish, but after about 30 mins in the water I started seeing all these spot winged comb jellies floating all over. The two of us wearing banana boat were stung and the two of us wearing this sunscreen had no stings. I would definitely recommend it! Gives me peace of mind in the ocean. From a sunblock perspective, worked as well as any other sunblock. It felt a little thicker, but rubbed in fine and didn’t stay white on the skin. Not sure why people complain about the smell, to me it has a subtle vanilla scent. The price is steep, so I carried regular banana boat for pool days and saved this bottle for beach days.
