These were such a great stocking stiffer for someone who loves ramen!! Taste was great, size of packaging and quality were awesome! The variety in heat was also a bonus! The mixtures were the same thickness and color as in restaurants!

This was recommended by thatdudecancook on FB and YT. He used it on chicken, but I've also used it on pork. As far as versatility, it's for meat. I like the taste; really good. It's also spicy without being hot, if that makes sense. I've always loved horseradish sauce, tobacco sauce, salsa, and so on; just not tear your innards up hot. The fire's in your mouth but you don't feel like you're dying from your mouth being on fire. Been there, done that. I'm old, can't do that kind of heat anymore. Definitely buy it again, though be forwarned, you have to dig the solid out of the bottom of the jar. It's like it separates out, and it's hard to mix back together. You'll see.

Idk if there were complaints? But the Xtra crunchy oil came PACKED with crunch and I absolutely love it! I've purchased from flybyjing plenty of times and the amount of solids always left we wanting MORE. Especially for the crunchy oil; seeing that the biggest draw is the crunch. But I guess they changed the formula?? I hope they did and I hope the trend follows to the other oils. I'll post some pictures of a freshly opened crunchy oil versus the other oils. You can see the oil vs solids ratio.

The Sweet and Spicy chili sauce has the best flavor profile of the three. Chengdu crunch has the best texture and the flavor is fairly good. The original chili crisp is not. It’s very bland and all oil. There is very little chili crisp in the oil and what there is, is not even crisp. I’d say the heat level is mild plus. Not quite medium but a little more kick than a mild. Overall, I was underwhelmed considering Amazon recommended this three pack when I was looking for chili crisp. Only one is truly a chili crisp and as I said it’s not crisp and all oil. For the price, it’s not worth the purchase. Also, the item description states that you are to get an extra crispy chili crisp but you get the Chengdu crunch instead. Separately, the chili sauce is get again. The crunch was a nice surprise but not something I’d purchase again. I had no problems with leaks, everything came well packaged. I’m sure there are better chili crisp out there, I just need to locate one that is Asian flavors. So far my favorite chili crisp is from DeLallo, their Spicy and Sweet Chili Crisp. A lot of chili crisp, very flavorful oil, and a nice medium light heat. It’s good, it’s Italian.

I hated all 3 of them. I had to throw them out. Nobody could eat that stuff.

I go through this stuff super quickly, snatch up the larger jars when they're actually available. I've tried a lot of chili crisp brands and don't bother looking any more. This stuff is incredible.
