I highly recommend this system!
The Blink Outdoor (3rd Gen) - 5 camera system bundle with Echo Show 5 was good quality. They functioned as intended. I had no technical issues, and setting it up was easy. The yearly subscription is reasonably priced, too. Therefore, I highly recommend this system.

Incredible Buy, Incredible Cameras For Battery Operated!
So far so good with these cameras. I find it hard to believe that I got five cameras and a monitoring station that has all of the Alexa capabilities and so on (Echo Show 5) for the price I paid for it which was right around $220 on an Amazon black Friday deal. The fact that you can hook these cameras up in just a few minutes with no wires and sync them etc. so easily it’s just incredible. Technology has come along way in just a few years. I have mine set up two in the front yard two in the backyard and one on one side of my duplex . With the way they are set up I can catch virtually every square inch of my surroundings all the way up to my end of my street and all the way to the end of the dead-end street. The backyard I can see just about as far as my eyes could see if I was out in it so it’s pretty incredible.. The picture quality in the daytime is very very good. I will admit the night picture quality isn’t quite as good and suffers from a little bit of sort of what I guess id call jittery picture at times but still all things considered not bad at all and I should also point out that all cameras suffer from this that I’ve seen, even the more expensive Ring cameras and Arlo cameras. The cloud service is very reasonable at only $10 a month and if you have unlimited Internet like I do you can arm them and have them set pretty reasonably and you’re going to catch most anything that might happen around your place . Keep in mind though that these are not 24/7 cameras, these are motion cameras and they are only going to flip on when there is something that is set to record from your settings but they cannot stay on 24 hours a day like a casino security camera . Also want to point out it unless you’re going to wind up running them corded the battery power on these isn’t going to last very long if you have them set very high I have mine set to where they only record at night or when I’m gone on a trip and the settings are set on the mid end to avoid false alarms because I want the batteries to last. if I need to see something during the day I just go into the app and manually look . Some people may want to have different settings and may have their supplies of batteries on hand but for me that’s the way I wanted it set up and it’s working out great. Very good system for an excellent price. Obviously since I haven’t had them very long I don’t know about reliability just yet , but if you subscribe to Amazon’s cloud service if whenever does go out they replace it so there’s not much to worry about anyway. I highly recommend buying these especially if you can get them all they’re on sale. With my Xfinity modem/router tower I have full signal to all 5 cams and no need for any Wi-Fi boosters so they are pretty potent signal magnets too.

Good camera, but quality is a little low for 1080p
These cameras are supposed to be 1080p cameras, which they probably are. However, the overall quality of the pictures and recordings is lacking. My carport is about 20 feet long, and taking a picture of me with the camera while I am on the outside of my carport and the camera is on the inside about 20 feet away, leaves the pictures looking too blurry to make out my facial features. I can make out that I am a white guy with brown hair but that's about it. And the night vision quality is pretty bad too. I know the cameras are cheap so I shouldn't be expecting top quality from the cameras, but unless someone is within 5 feet of the camera at night, you're not gonna be able to make out anything other than a moving blob. Last shortcoming, is the field of view the cameras have. The doorbell camera has about the perfect viewing angle of 130° but none of the other cameras feature this same level of viewing field. The rest are 110°. This drastically limits how much you can see with the cameras, which means you will have to buy more cameras to view the same area, which sucks. I can't even see my whole front porch from my front door camera, and said front porch is like 5 feet by 5 feet. I will say, however, that I really am happy overall with the cameras because despite all their shortcomings, they still offer a type of security you can't get without spending thousands of dollars on professional surveillance equipment. On top of that, they take AAA batteries and they have a battery lifespan of up to 2 years. That's perfect if you're gonna be away from home for a while and wanna monitor your house from the other side of the world. As long as you have the little hub linked to the internet and the cameras are within 100 feet of said hub, you can see the footage from your phone at any time, any place. Also, every camera features the ability to be able to play your voice, so you can speak to anyone or anything you see on the camera in real time. I originally thought this was just something the doorbell camera did, but they all do it. That's awesome.
