It was hard to pick a neck fan from all the choices but one of the baseball moms had this one and was happy with it so I orderedVery happy with it but a caution- the first time I used it it didn’t last long( never had that problem again- works for hours) I think I might not have shut it off between uses

I really like this fan. It isn’t an air conditioner but it does keep you cool on hot days. My only dislike is that it is right by your ears so it is hard to hear a low voice or noise over the fan.

This unit mostly works as advertised. The cooling plate sits on the back of your neck and is nice and cold. The side fans blow room air, not cooled. Very helpful in this Texas heat; however, run time when using fan and cooling plate is about 1 hour when on high setting. The battery is rechargeable and takes SEVERAL HOURS to recharge. This is a real negative! Also, the fan button can easily be turned on just by handling the unit which will drain the battery again. Leaving it in need of charging again. Just a few tweaks by the manufacturer and this could be a 5 star product.

It doesn't work in hot weather either.I bought 2 different kinds thinking because I didn't get the one with the metal cooling piece it would make a difference.

The media could not be loaded. I love using this neck fan when sitting poolside, or running along my grandson at the playground. My favorite feature is the cooling chip at the back of the neck. It is important to remember to keep hair and clothing away from all the vents to keep it working properly. My neck fan has a great battery life and I love that I can charge it in the car using the USB port.

This is the third neck fan that I have purchased, and this is by far the best. The ones I used in the past did not have the vents for the back of your neck. That is where you need them the most! My handy man uses this brand in the crazy hot weather in Florida. When I was not happy with other neck fans I asked my handy man about the brand he used. I returned the others and kept this one.

The battery does not last a long as they say. On low, it my last 3 hours, on medium, it lasts about 2 1/2 hours, and on high, you may get about 2 hours! And this is fully charged.
