If you are like me , I don't like swallowing a large hard tablet for an MVI. These do away with that. They taste good. Chew up really easy and it's really nothing to swallow. A little on the expensive side. But other than that, I think they are worth the money especially if you are like me and don't really get all the vitamins and minerals you should through regular choices of groceries.

It has a bit of an aftertaste but it’s okay otherwise.

Love! This is great.Doesnt have minerals in them but we are drinking and eating Celtic salt water for that.Problem solved for us.

I purchased these as a replacement for the CENTRUM FRESH AND FRUITY CHEWABLES that come in tablet form. I've been buying those things for the las 10 or so YEARS!THESE GUMMIES ARE A GROSS REPLACEMENT!THEY ARE LIKE CHEWING PIECES OF CAR TIRES! NOTE THE PLURAL THE STANDARD DOSE IS TWO!FLAVOR - ALMOST NOT IN EVIDENCECHEWABILITY NOTE AUTO TIRE REFERENCE EARLIER! THEY WOULD NOT BREAK DOWN INTO A SWALLOWABLE MASS!ALSO, THEY ARE GUMMIES AND STICKEY! THEY WILL NOT STORE IN MY PILL CASE!I HAD TO GIVE THEM A 1 STAR RATING BECAUSE ZERO STARS IS NOT AVAILABLE -- ACTUALLY THEY DESIRVE A NEGATIVE RATING, BUT THAT ALSO IS IMPOSSIBLE!I don't know why Centrum has apparently abandoned the reliable tablet form for these GROSS, INEDIBLE, WASTEFUL GUMMIES, but it is a fine example of CORPORATE IDIOCY!
