Large enough to replace an end table for snacks, drinks, remotes controllers. Small enough to not crowd the furniture. Nice looking, useful addition to any TV room.

The wood is not as "distressed" as shown in the picture but I expected that based on some other reviews and other photos I've seen online. If you have your heart set on distressed wood, you could easily scuff it up a bit and rub in a little darker stain to shabby-chic it up a bit. Overall a very cute and super functional little table. I use it every day and love it-- sturdy enough for my laptop and should last a long time.

Good quality, easy to assemble, easy to move around, sturdy. Our couch armrests are too big for the table to reach over them but the table tucks nicely over the seat without losing too much sitting space. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works with my recliner and saved my legs

I purchased this little table to get my laptop off my legs when I work from my recliner, I'm glad I got it. Fits like a glove. It looks exactly as pictured, assembly took no more than 30 minutes (and I'm not the best at putting things together) and the wood top is very good quality. Not cheap looking. Would recommend to anyone with circulation or other issues who has to work every day from either a sofa or reclining chair with their laptop. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is that though it serves my purpose, it isn't as sturdy as I had hoped. Placing my average-size laptop on it makes it top-heavy and one semi-strong move could send it toppling backwards, unless the bottom bar is pushed completely under a couch or (if not) braced by something behind it. It's not a deal-breaker for me so just keep it in mind if you buy it.
