a good product. worked out of the box, and has worked consistently since.
not an easy product to install, obviously, but also doesnt require a Doctorate in aeronautical engineering.seems to be of decent quality, nothing came broken and was well packaged. so far im happy, and i cant imagine at this point anything other than the normal consumables needing attention

5kw diesel heater
The media could not be loaded. Instructions are a bit poor. So if you get one, remember to prime the diesel 1st. It’s in the paperwork how to do it. When you switch it on, it takes about 30secs to a minute to actually start heating. Program 1 is the lowest setting 10 the highest. Higher the setting, faster the annoying pump pumps, but more heat. Got it to heat up my shed as I often work from home. Luckily I only need setting 1, and the music almost drowns out the pulse clicking of the pump.Loads of heat, sitting here at 20degrees, up from 16 in about 5mins (lowest setting)Hopefully lasts the winter….

Heats up fast!
I’m using it to heat my garage/workshop which is now toasty warm!.A fairly easy install, the included instructions weren’t great (low quality photocopy), however there are plenty of videos online that explain how to install, setup etc.The only thing I’ve changed is the fuel line - people have recommended a more rigid type, apparently it can make a difference with the diesel usage but I can’t vouch for that.All in all a great purchase that lets me use my garage all year round

Do not buy
The product has barely lasted 10 months.Unknown repair issue. When contacting seller, gave no support other than taking it to a repair shop.The difficulty is no-one will touch these heaters to repair. So we are now stuck with a heater that doesn’t work

Value for money
Works just fine. Yes you get outdated controller with" 3 fins / blades " but for shed / summer house . Survived 1st winter used possibly 20 liters of diesel so not high usage .

These heaters are good for workshop or camper, produce good heat output and very economical to use, installation very easy
