For the price, this was a great purchase. I purchased this for two of my guinea pigs. They love it. When I put them in they went exploring and the next thing I knew they were dashing around, up and down the ramp and popcorning about. It was extremely easy to put together. It is a soft wood so a manual screwdriver is all that’s needed. As one reviewer noted, some pre-drilled holes were not available but once I started aligning the pieces, I realized holes were only needed on one side. I found that using felt and then using cage mats under their food area works perfectly, making it easy for the trays to slide out for cleaning. I can also leave the bottom door down so they can come in and out with ease for floor time. Great buy.

Unfortunately.. I can't leave ZERO STARS... Not only is this the biggest piece of crap I've ever bought.. but I had to send the first one back because it was broken.. the second one was no better. We tried to get it in habitable condition with wood glue and other tools (the pictures don't really show the true poor quality).In addition... Amazon did NOTHING to help other than offer me a small credit, not worth it!!! That was even after talking to a supervisor.EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED CUSTOMER.DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM.

So I'm not sure why this product got bad reviews, it came in three days. It was not broken like other people said in their reviews. If you have prime all prime products come in complete order. Prime will also take their products back at no charge. This was a great home for our Piggy's.

Just the right size for our bunny. Had to add hooks to keep our dog from pushing open the heart-shaped closures (he was crafty). Also had to add cloth to ramp (bunny slid down the no-skid surface). Did have to drill a couple new holes to assemble.On the plus side, our bunny seems to like it. The cats like to hang out on the roof like gargoyles. We love the fact that the lid opens for easy access to top floor. It is easy to clean looks great.

Do NOT buy this for your bunnies. I bought this wanting a bigger cage for my bunnies, it looked cute and seemed nice. Then it arrived in a 50 pound box with a million parts and instructions with no words. The wood was really cheap and would dent if you put your fingernail in it. There were holes missing where screws were supposed to go. None of the pieces fit right. It was like a death trap. We did get our money back because amazon customer service is the best. Just please do not buy this.

It is a bit fragile. Other's habe noted this so we anticipated it may arrive cracked. It arrived fine. My husband pre drilled amd was very careful when putting it together. I do not slide to trays out because they seem to want to crack if they stick even slightly, which they do easily. That issue aside i still really like this hutch and our 2 rabbits seem happy. It's cute enough to keep them inside the house. Matches our daughter's room perfectly. And as long as you are gentle with it it should last long enough. Good deal imo

This is the most cheaply made thing I have purchased. Considering the amount of money spent I was expecting something that at least didn't split into pieces the second screws were screwed. The piece that attaches the roof to the bottom split right in half and is not secured. The wood split in multiple places all over the thing. I just hope it holds my rabbit, but any rabbit worth its salt will chew through this or escape in no time. Do not buy this. I don't expect this piece of crap to last more than one season. I very rarely review things and I am not a complainer but this was truly awful. I will not be buying anything from this company again. Need to house rabbits, take my advice. Research some designs, then go to your local home improvement store and build one yourself. Seriously. An 8-year-old could have done a better job.

Super cute and functional. I bought the pink one for my daughters’ bunny. I needed a help holding pieces together in order to screw them in place. Easy and had no issues. I was worried about the assembly and product quality from the impression I got by reading the reviews. The wood is thin and can be damaged if handled roughly. Thus needing the help holding the pieces in place while screwing them together. I took my time and screwed the screws in straight, I had no cracks or problems. My girls and bunny love it. I also like the fact that the product used pet friendly paint.

This piece ended up costing us a small fortune. The price was reasonable but the shipping was $127. Total cost for us was about $325 CAD. We read the reviews and decided that we had put together enough furniture to struggle through what most reviews said was a difficult process. A few of the pieces were cracked and damaged from poor packaging and a few pieces were just split due to soft wood and poor construction . If you have built furniture before you can do this. It isn’t rocket science. If you are looking for the cute pink colour please know that it is not the cotton candy pink in the description it is more of a red than a pink. We didn’t really care as we were paining the pink part grey. At the end of the day it looks much better than the cage our piggies were using. I really hope they don’t start to chew on the edges as the wood is very thin and very soft. Wouldn’t buy it agin for the price we paid with the shipping but am happy to have it here for now.Also, as there were no pilot holes we opted not to put the hay trough on the front.
