I just received this in the mail and put it on. Instant relief! Amazing how much support it has! I was afraid it might not fit, but, it fits perfectly. Just use the size chart provided on the sale page and measure right at the belly button with a cloth measuring tape. I can now bend over without extreme pain in my lower back.

The extended braces on this how more support and the adjustable suspenders allow for very little movement. What more could you want ?

I had a DIY job where I had to move more than 100 of 160KG sleepers so bought this to help me on the task.I'd hasten to add that we rented a JCB to do lost of the lifting and transporting, but there was still a lot of manhandling to get the sleepers into position.At the end of the first day, wearing this belt, I felt better than I thought I would. But it was so uncomfortable that I ditched it 30 minutes into the second day.I felt a lot more done-in after the second day so maybe that's the difference between wearing this and not?To be honest, it reminded me of some safety guards on machinery that get in the way so much that you end up removing them so you can get on with the job. In conclusion, probably helpful but no use if it's so much faff that you leave it lying on the kitchen floor.

I used it differently than most people. I have degenerative disk disease and this helped me get through a 4 day portaging trip in a giant forest. The long support was perfect for keeping good posture when wearing a heavy backpack.It was worn for most of the day and stayed comfortable.

My body is very long in the upper portion & shorter legs, etc. I wasn't able to get a good fit on my upper body due to the weird body build I have.

Honestly, may sound melodramatic, but this has changed my life. Between years of slinging steel my back was already shot. Then a battle with cancer left me bedridden for months. I couldn't stand up straight let alone stand or walk distances. Wore this and I was fishing with my son within days.
