Easy to use and very bright
I work for a telecommunications company, so this tool comes in very handy. Easy to use. It has a collar that rotates around the top so that it can protect the power switch from accidentally turning on.. Batteries are easy to change out if they start to corrode. Nice grip. I have used several times, no issues. I have the 30 km (18 mile) version. I recommend this item.

Bright and useful
Simple LED fault light. The included LC adapter was appreciated. Nice bright light and can make it blink. I was able to locate a fiber connector that was several hundred feet away. Cheap but effective.

Great VFL
We needed a VFL that could reach one of our hubs sights roughly 7m out. This worked and we has a strong light presence. Our entire team now carries these VFL.

Poor switch quality... fails over time...
At first, the switch worked fine, but after just a few uses, I noticed it became harder to turn on and off. Sometimes, I had to press it multiple times before the laser would activate.Eventually, the switch stopped working entirely, rendering the device useless. This is unacceptable for a tool that professionals rely on.

Work in a place with poor documentation and a rat's nest of various fiber? This is for you!
I work in a facility where there are no less than six different agencies sharing infrastructure, network racks, and data closets. Spread out across a facility taking two city blocks, lacking labelling or documentation and having a literal web of copper, fiber, and coax makes my job of tracking down anything quite the task. This saved hours of work for me, when we recently had to dual home seven new switches in this environment. The laser is powerful enough that you WILL see it on the other end, even in the worst conditions. The various connector types make sure that you're going to be able to use it on nearly any fiber you run across. Good product, I actually bought two.

The perfect fault finder!!!
The features are great!!! I tried the others and they would turn on in my tool bag and when I would be ready to use them the batteries would be dead, they thought about it and with this one I don’t have that issue anymore, it’s the perfect tool for the job

The first one receuved got manufacture defect, the On/Off switch stuck. Contacted seller, seller responded right away. Got a replacement the very next day. Thanks. Works great for the price value.
