My chiropractor told me adding a 3mm lift to my right shoe would help with my hip and spine pain. Part of the package I got they gave me one. Having multiple pairs of shoes and not wanting to constantly switch the one out I ordered these! Got 3 of these for close to the same cost as 1 from the chiropractor. And not only do these work as well as the one from them, these ones actually work better and are more comfortable! Would recommend to anyone needing these lifts!

My chiropractor determined that the pain in my right hip was caused by my left leg being a fraction of an inch shorter - and he gave me one of the 5mm heel lifts pictured here. It immediately gave my hip relief. I immediately ordered more for every pair of shoes and sandals I regularly wear. I've used glue to hold them in my left sandals. So easy. So affordable. So comfortable. And such a quick fix to my "problem". Yay!

Three sizes

Having recently been made aware that my left leg is slightly shorter than the right. I was directed by my doctor to use a 3mm heel lift. However, the ones from his office were cost prohibitive to buy for each pair of my shoes. With these being sold in three packs, it made it possible for me to order two packs of three. Now I have the heel lift for six pair of shoes and am pleased with the relief in pain in my leg, hip and back.
