Simple & easy to operate, clean & store

It's a bit heavier then I expected, but that isn't bad. It just means that it's made with quality parts. Made crescents soon as I had it out of the package, cleaned and the dough hooks attached. This right after pulling out of the box and giving all attachments a hot water rinse for shipping dust.

The additional tools, like the wire whisk, are very handy and the storage stand is perfect.

The unit performs well. The case does not snap together and the mixer does not stand up on its own and has to be rested on the the case.

I was doubting to buy this product in beginning as it didn't have as many reviews as others, but all were basically 5 stars. Also listing didn't have warranty information. But after I contacted seller I was impressed with customer service responses and 3 years warranty, they must be very confident in quality of product to offer such warranty. So I decided to give it a try. I am a very light user, but I was impressed how light and comfortable is this mixer. The only improvement would be the same that was suggested by other reviewers - if storage case would lock with mixer. So far I have no complaints. I would recommend this product.

It was quiet, powerful enough for my cookie dough. Light weight and easy to use.

Ordered this unit to stand in for a stand mixer that will not follow my move for another three months. Very disappointed for two specific reasons.This unit is advertised as being strong and having a "Turbo" feature. The problem is that essentially has two speeds - fast and faster. When incorporating butter into a flour mixture a low speed is essential. The lowest speed on this product is far too fast to properly incorporate light batters or butter into flour mixtures. Real problem for real cooks, though some may crave the speed.The body is sleek and pretty. However the rounded back corners means it cannot reliably rest on the counter. It rolls over easily to either side. Looks pretty but problematic in action.I will see about returning it but not sure if I will be granted as these are design issues and not faulty. It does look pretty and has a container to secure the attachments, but not the cord. Pretty, fast but not useful.Sorry, cannot recommend.

Needed a handheld, it’s light weight but very powerful works great.
