EXCELLENT KNIVES, AESTHETICALLY BEAUTIFUL AND SUER SHARP

I love this white knife set with a blue wood block. Its well made knives are sharp even the scissors are easy to cut with. I looked slit for a well made set in white and blue. So so far, I put them in the dishwasher to wash them and they have not rusted they’ve come out looking just like they did when I purchased them. They are a true value for what you pay. I would absolutely purchase them again.

Absolutely love these knives, super sharp. I ordered these to replace a Chicago Cutlery knife set that was over 15 years old. Steak knives slice through steaks like butter!! Highly recommend these knives. I work in food service and know a great set of knives when I see them. This comes with the hook paring knife peeler, very hard to find within a set of knives. My daughter has used them when she has been here, and cant believe how sharp they are...slicing an onion with ease. I purchased the white handled set and they look beautiful on counter.

While visiting my sister, I used her set of Cuisinart knifes. She place the time of purchase somewhere between 5 and 7 years, and they were wonderful. Easy to handle, not to heavy, and a great variety of knives for cutting different types of foods. The steak knives are the best I have ever used, the Santoku (the blade is wide in height and snub nosed) cut a left over roast into very, very thin slices for hot roast beef sandwiches. In early July, I purchased the Classic Forged Triple Riveted set of 15 knives and the block, because the set held most of the knives I was looking for and they fit right into my kitchen décor. And, my struggle of 59 years in my kitchen, trying to cut vegetables, fruits, meats and breads and struggling with knives has come to an end. It is such a mental and physical relieve to start a meal knowing that cutting "whatever" will no longer be a struggle. My new knives are the best I have ever purchased and I have purchased a lot of knives. Wish I had know a long time ago about Cuisinart knives, didn't know that they made anything but electric appliances for the kitchen. A little bit of a down side, be prepared for a larger than normal knife holding block, and it is heavy, but again the length of the knives make it necessary and are worth the block size and weight. Would I recommend them to my best friend.....in a heart beat! But...would I purchase this set again, no, but I would purchase the solid metal handle set, as the paring knife handle has cracked from the rivet to the edge of the handle. I care for my knives, I hand wash and dry them and put them away, I am concerned that if one handle cracks after a month and a half of use, how long before another on cracks. Overall, I would have given this set of knives a 5 star except for the cracked handle.

I have always been nervous about ordering knives online, but these surprised me! They are very sharp, and there are multiple different types of knives so that you can choose which one you need. They are very durable, and their balance from the blade to the handle is amazing. The handle has a brilliant grip, so it will not fall out of your hands when cutting.

The knives are beautiful, and so is the stand.

These knives are very sharp. You do not want to cut yourself with these. The only issues I have with them is that I notice a little cracking around the rivets.But I really, really like these knives, they are incredibly sharp. I would definitely recommend them.
