This is so great! I noticed a difference in my skin and the puffiness of my face right away..and so did my husband!! It’s design allows you to use it in your face but the design and size also is easy to use for your neck and traps. Performance wise- definite muscle soother. It is quiet, just a subtle rolling sound. The value for the money is great. Pretty sure everyone in the house will be using this so I am going to be ordering more.

I like this product. I think it is life changing, but the item I received is really squeaky, which is annoying and not relaxing. Upon first use it sounded like a squeaky wheel. I wonder if I got a dud and if so would appreciate a replacement

I love this roller! I get a flushed face every once in a while and it feels great to roll this on my face. It cools down my face and gives it a little massage at the same time.The only thing is, you are supposed to store it in the freezer until you use it, so I do need to wait a minute or two before using it because it is very cold at first!Also, I'm not sure why, but it is very squeaky when I use it. It's not terrible but it's a little annoying and I have cats that are scared by the squeaky noise when I'm using the roller.
