I’ve been using the Chemical Guys HydroView Ceramic Glass Cleaner, and I’m honestly impressed. This product works incredibly well cleaning the glass thoroughly while also leaving behind a ceramic coating that helps repel water and dirt. After using it, my windows look crystal clear and almost brand new. It also makes a noticeable difference when driving in the rain, as water beads right off the glass. Application is easy, and it doesn’t leave streaks like some other cleaners I’ve tried. If you’re looking for a glass cleaner that not only cleans but also protects, this is definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

Product is easy to work with - spreads decently - wipes clean - you MUST follow the application instructions for this product NOT to smear & streak & make a royal mess of your windows. Take your time - get some really good microfiber clothes & as mentioned - take your time. First cleaned my Windows using Windex with Vinger & then once the Windows were clean & dry - applied this cleaner with Ceramic & used a WHOLE different batch of CLEAN Microfiber clothes. Don't use paper towels - they'll leave little dust bunnies & the finished result won't be as clean & streak free as with using decent Microfiber clothes. Just for the fun of it - cleaned my shower glass first with a Mr. Clean pad & then Windex & then finally this product. Worked great for about 2 weeks before I noticed soap scum starting to build backup - so - ya - great for inside dry applications - not so great for shower stall glass - GREAT for Bathroom Mirrors - notice it cuts/reduces fog build up a fair amount - but - only seems to last about 3 weeks before you need to clean your mirror & start the application process again. All I can say is OMG! I recently bought a Tesla Y and tried everything to get the glass clean and streak free. If anyone doesn't know the Y is glass from front to back on the top. This product is amazing! It makes your glass like glass again! I won't use anything else anymore.

It cleans good enough but leaves streaks unless you spray a second time. Beading is an impediment to easy viewing through side rearvirw mirrors. Alcohol dies not cause beading and is a better alternative for rearvirw mirrors. This product is great for just the glass windows.

Works great on windows. Cleans and repels the rain. I’d recommend.

It’s been a while since I had my own vehicle, so I’m used to the old school toxic products that required a lot of work to get good results. I clay barred all of my glass, washed the truck, then applied this stuff. It went on so easily and is very hydrophobic. It rained a few hours after I applied it and without any wind or me touching anything, the water couldn’t even hang onto the windshield. It was practically dry from just the water rolling right off it. The cool thing is, it’s not an extra step in the car wash process. You just use it like you would windex after the car is dry. But this leaves behind a RainX type barrier and your wipers actually reduce your visibility at higher speeds because you don’t need them.

I'm normally a huge fan of chemical guys, however this product is horrible. It's supposed to Clean & Coat the glass, but it doesn't clean a dirty windshield so much as spreads the dirt around. Once dried, it seems to create a protective film over the smeared dirt causing nearly unremovable streaks. I've used three different glass cleaners and am now resorting to a polishing compound in order to try to remove it. As a particular warning, if your car has a camera system (Tesla, etc.) it will leave streaks so bad that it obstructs the view and throws errors in direct sun light or at night when other vehicle's headlights hit the window at the right angle. In those same conditions, before using other cleaning products, I had dangerously low visibility out of my front windshield while driving. This is by far the worst car cleaning product I've ever used and probably the last time I try something new from Chemical Guys. There's no chance at all this was tested on a dirty windshield prior to coming to market.

So, if you ever have the issue of that weird greasy-like junk on the outside of your windshield caking your view when it starts to rain - then this is for you. I had big visibility problem when it rained because oil, dirt, whatever from the road would make it so when I used my windshield wipers - it would almost smear the water. Okay - well just use rain-x. Well, I did and it only help for one rain storm. BUT this stuff! One use can last for several months, even when running it through a car wash. No smearing of rain. And it goes on easier than Rain-x. Rain-x your really have to buff. This stuff goes on like Windex. very little buffing - arguably no buffing or elbow-grease needed. 10/10 recommend. It a little pricey, but considering I have to reapply it less - I would say worth it.

When applied properly, this does an excellent job of cleaning windows, and getting water to bead off the windows. I was very impressed, with regular use you'd likely be using your windshield wipers a lot less because of how much water will simply fly off the windshield right after hitting it.

It definitely cleans and protects the glass with a ceramic coating. After some rain showers, the windows are still beading the rain away.

It’s not a good product. I legit clean better with soap and water.

very easy to apply and no let over after the job done compare to wax type.
