Speaker is for a quiet home. I have fans running and kids so not quiet.

Number one, throw the directions away. Directions don't include all the steps or pieces. Gave up on day one and came back to it. Installed then uninstalled. Then the fun part, entering the info. Unless you've done this before I'd say you're in for a hard time. It's in and it works but I haven't gotten to the cards or keys yet. That's for another day. And the online videos I found didn't answer my questions as it was a different model and didn't include the extra parts, nor was the data entry the same.

Nothing worked correct the key didn’t work the cards didn’t work this phone fingerprint did not work nothing worked on the unit I called for technical support they work with me for 4 1/2 hours they finally told me to return it to Amazon because it didn’t work at all I wish you would’ve gave me money back for the hours I spent trying to get the lock to work

Poor design. Mechanical parts failed.

iMagic lock is terrible and the customer support on warranty issues is nonexistent! When I contacted the company because my lock burned up, actually burned up with smoke and all, they would not honor the 18 month warranty, on my 11 month old lock. They wouldn't even communicate with me when I asked for a replacement!
