Can this lamp take a 150 watt equivalent LED bulb?

I would think 60 watt is the max. That is usual for most lamps unless it is a 3 way bulb.

Can the dimmer switch be used to turn the lamp on and off?

The button that you press turns the lamp on and off. I didn't know it was a dimmer switch. I put it by my chair and thats how I turn it on and off. Hope this helps.

Is this lamp UL listed?

There is no UL tag on the lamp nor the cord.
