Helps Anxiety, non-habit forming
Took this often when I lived in France to help with my anxiety. It helped me calm down within about 20 minutes but wasn't anything drastic. Instructions are to take one in the morning and one at night at the first sign of symptoms, AWAY from meals (taking too close to meal time can make you feel nauseous). There's no need to chew or use water, you let it melt under your tongue.Instructions are French as the medicine is FROM France and they don't speak English there. A simple Google translate will help you if you're stuck.
