It was just the same as shown in the picture. This was only a one time use for my 7 years old son's school presentation. It served its purpose. Just like other people saying. We stuffed the hat with newspaper to keep its shape. We sew/stick a small piece of black cloth between the beard and the face so that it won't cause any itch. The double sided tape on the bear was too small to hold it on the face. We put on three larger double sided tape, about 1"x1" each. Put one on each end and one in the middle. It stayed in place on the face without any problem. Considering its good price (low).
