Since I have chiari malformation 1. No surgery. Severe crowding. Multiple osteophytes in cervical. No surgery. No dr. For pain management can give me shots because it’s to dangerous. They won’t touch with surgery my chiari they dnt want to do surgery for my osteophytes. All because if they do one they have to do the other. So I’m always in severe pain in the lower back of my head and neck down to my middle thoracic. Can’t take muscle relaxers cuz I have ehlers danlos. I’ve always had to use the microwaveable eye masks with flaxseed and the Velcro to help keep it in place to relieve the pain associated with both medical issues. This product is something I would highly recommend. Helps relieve pain due to constant pressure of chiari and osteophytes due to me not being able to hold up my head for long periods of time. That caused nerve damage in cervical shoulders and thoracic. It helps relieve pain from migraines and headache associated with these factors. This product helped me to not over use my microwave eye masks. As well. The only thing that I suggest is if they can make this exactly the same but make the wings longer with the Velcro to go around both arms or under arms so the Velcro can attach so I can use it on my thoracic. In between the shoulder blades I haven’t found a product for thoracic that is exactly like this one that helps me with out it being electric and I dnt like electric you always have to lay down. people like me dnt like to lay down yet would like relief sitting upright that is microwaveable. I have to say the quality of this product for the price was worth it and many thank to the creators who made it. It also keeps the heat longer than any microwaveable heating product I have ever tried. So I give 5 ⭐️‘S and I recommend this product to everyone even those who lost hope of getting any form of relief. Now there is hope and some form of relief. This is a must buy.

I’ve been looking for a replacement for my rice bag I used for my neck. I didn’t think I’d ever find anything that would work as well, let alone BETTER! This seems to not only hold heat longer but it also is more comfortable to position around my neck. And the fact that it Velcros shut is a game changer. I get the heat exactly where I need it at the base of my skull AND down my neck. The back being more pillow shaped really increases the coverage and makes positioning the wrap easy. The washable cover is perfect for me as I also like using bio freeze. I did buy the rectangle shaped heat bag too and I like it, however, this one is my favorite for my specific needs! So, if you are looking for the perfect heat therapy for your neck, look no longer. Just order it, you’ll thank me later!!!!

The washable cloth "cover" is really a sleeve that fits over most of this. It's handy idea, as the section of this collar that will be in contact with your body can be washed. The same type of cloth as the sleeve covers the entire item and is not removable. It's not as large as a previous microwaveable neck pad that I had, nor as heavy. So that makes it easier to travel with. Lacking the heft and real estate of the previous item means it will not retain heat for as long. That pad would hold heat for about an hour. This one is about 20 minutes. This has a "hook and loop" fastener on the ends. You can fasten it and go about your day. You could even heat this, put it on and slip a coat or jacket over it to rake leaves or shovel snow. It would keep your neck warm outdoors for a short period.

I have been looking for a neck wrap with a removable and washable cover when I stumbled upon this. I can’t tell you how much I like this neck wrap! It heats up nicely and stays warm for a good amount of time. I really like the strap that is sewn into the fabric to be able to hold the wrap in place. I recently hurt my arm/shoulder and when applying heat therapy the strap helped to hold it in place around my arm and shoulder. Great quality for the price! The extended pad coverage behind the neck is also a plus!

I love the washable cover! It is the only one I found that has this and it’s great! So relaxing

From now on I shall read 1 star reviews BEFORE purchasing; especially if it’s China made. Today is March 8th 2023. I received this via Amazon on November 10th 2022. I probably used this…meaning heated in the microwave…12-20 times since I’ve had it. Same microwave, same 2 minutes. Today I smelled “burning popcorn” & found my neck warmer burned through and smoking - see attached video! Contacted Amazon and discovered this item is manufactured in China…. If I hadn’t been in the kitchen while it was heating- it very well could have caught fire. That should never happen. Especially when heated using the manufacturer’s recommendations. Come to think of it, the last several times using it, it seemed to lose the warmth faster and faster to the point of being cold in less than 10 minutes. Either I received a defective item, or these are a disposable item. I’ve had other bean filled pads for years without any issues- except that I can’t find them since I moved. I would not recommend purchasing this item. I would warn everyone to please stay by the microwave anytime you are heating something and be quick to stop if you hear or smell something odd.

It’s good for the price but the material doesn’t get that hot and doesn’t keep heat as well as others. Pleasant — but not effective. No smell so far.

I got this wrap for my husband who suffers from serious neck pain. He loves it as it's so soft, comfortable, stays in place, and keeps the heat in. When it arrived instructions were included for activating the warranty, which I did. After a few weeks of using it, my husband found that a hole had burned into it from the microwave. Not knowing if it would be covered under the warranty I emailed the supplier, uncn. Mel at uncn immediately arranged for a replacement from Amazon which arrived quickly. Thank you Mel!!

Ideal for strained neck muscles. Simply heat in the microwave, watching the time limit (2 minutes tops). Holds heat for a notable length of time. Easy to use, comfortable to wear and effective.

Comforting and great pain reliever. Can be used around neck and on stomach for period cramp relief. Useful on cold days to warm you up. Good quality, looks and feels soft.

I love this neck heat pack. Better then the curved one, as the seams hurts me more behind the neck. This one support the heat all in the back of the neck.

Helps relax my neck muscles and improve my muscle tension. Other neck warmers don’t work so well as the contents hang down but this one is ergonomically designed for the contents to stay in place. It does have a strange smell from the clay beads inside so if you’re sensitive to smell this might be a problem.
